Southern Shipped 1860 Colt Fluted Army, Col. BENJAMIN MCCULLOCH a friend of Sam Colt ordered a thousand of the new 1860 Army Colt's. They were shipped to Kitredge and Folsom in New Orleans. Colt Factory records show this revolver to have been shipped in April of 1860 to New Orleans.
