Thomas and Griswold Cavalry Officer  hilt and partial piece of blade, rare piece to find. Was told this hilt was dug around Memphis Tenn. has remnant of blade left, lovely deep patina on brass guard, can see seam at base of rear guard, and top where the tines joined the main tine there is a break between tines and one came loose, where originaly soldered. Guard Displays well sitting at angle on piece of blade..
