Confederate D Guard, Nice Condition,+ Style . This is one of my favorites, it has a 13+1/2" blade 18+3/4" overall. Almost a 5 " wooden handle. The blade is well shaped, double edged, made from file showing forging marks + rows file teeth still visible. Nice dark patina on metal parts, wood shows lovely age. Nice shape to the guard, who ever made it had a flare to his style.
